Shipping and devolutions


  • Shiipping is not included in the product price.
  • Due to specialization and the craft character of BichOh! products, all orders will arrive within 3 to 5 working days for national territory, between 4 and 6 days to Europe, and this period will vary, for the rest of the world, from 7 days, depending on the country of destination. (Should more information, do not hesitate to contact us through this website, email address or telephone number).
  • Shipping costs will vary depending on destination, as specified below:
    • Galicia Autonomous Community: 3,63€ (VAT included)
    • Iberian Peninsula: 5,10€ (VAT included)
    • Balearics and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: 7,00€ (VAT included)
    • Europe and Greenland: 8,79€ (VAT included)
    • Rest of the world: 12,35€ (VAT included)
  • Log into your account, in “My Orders” section, you will be able to track the status of your order.
  • Shipments are delivered to the receiver´s address given by shipper. If we are unable to deliver the goods after two attempts, the shipment company will contact you to explain where your parcel is and how you can collect it from their facilities up to 7 days.

Exchanges/Returns policy

  • If any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to returnl your order. In such case, you will be refunded the price paid for such products. Direct costs incurred in the return of such products will be borne by you.
  • Defective products or incorrect shipments will be refunded in full by BichOh! For any exchange or refund you must send us an e-mail to
  • It is highly important that all godos returned to us must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Should you fail to return such goods to us, we may not admit the refund.
  • Once you receive your parcel, you must inspect the goods at the place and time of delivery and notify any shortages or defects in the goods in the delivery note by writing “requires revision”.
